The brief

As the leading energy supplier in France, EDF is required to purchase electricity from a variety of sources, from the small-scale sheppard with a windmill to large-scale coal-fired power stations. This platform should help EDF's employees save time and money by streamlining the contract process and automating the gathering of all necessary information.

The PROBLEM

The process in place was time-consuming and relied on multiple Excel files and platforms. It was a manual process, leading to a high potential for human error due to typos and redundancies.

The Solution

Through interviews and shadowing, we're uncovering the pain points and working to address them. Our solution collects all the data the user need automatically, so they can focus on what's most important: accuracy. We didn't design the platform to replace humans, but to save time and money. Plus, they'll enjoy a user-friendly interface with a thorough search engine and lots of new fonctionnalty.
