Beager connects top talent to projects through cutting-edge tools and bespoke solutions, based on the values of one another. Based on the client situation they seek out the most suitable talent and we do so in a flash!Our aim in this project was to develop V2 of the product, incorporating numerous new functionalities to make it more straightforward to use and address the pain points that we found in V1.

The main issue in recruiting a freelancer for a big company is that is a tedious process. Internally there is an expression of need by some head of department. Then the long search would begin for finding the perfect match. Finally the HR would  gather all the documents needed and redact a contract. The MVP streamlined the search process, but it lacked the contractualising component and other essential features.

Rationalizing and factoring all the components created was the first milestone in the form of a Design system. After that, we created a checklist of stories that could be improved, and once the MVP was all clean and shiny, we were ready to tackle the next user stories (Contract, notification, legal document...).
