As co-director of creation, I had the chance to work on the French Navy's recruitment campaign call for tender. With a budget of 21 million euros, I was able to create posters, TV spots, and a recruitment website, all with the aim of supporting the recruitment of 4,000 sailors every year. The theme of this HR communications operation was "Rare are the professions that take you so far", and it was open to young people aged 16 to 30.
